Using Eleos for non-English audio sessions

You can now use Scribe to conduct 1:1 talk therapy sessions for over 100 languages including the following languages:

• French

• Spanish

• Hebrew

• German

• Hindi

• Italian

• Portuguese

• Thai

• Mandarin

This means you can engage more naturally with clients who prefer any of the languages listed above, while still benefitting from the Eleos-generated suggestions that help you efficiently complete your progress notes in English.

The best part is that there’s no change to your current workflow—conduct your therapy sessions fully (or partly) in one of the languages listed above, and Eleos will help you create your progress notes like normal. This is available for all your 1:1 talk therapy sessions, in-person or via telehealth.

Please note that we cannot currently support interpreters in the room, group sessions, or documentation.

Using Eleos for non-English for notes generated with bullet points

You can also generate notes with our non-audio feature, entering bullet points in for all languages listed above. You can enter the bullet points in a language of your choice and Eleos will then create a progress note in English.

💡Multi-language support is available to all of our Scribe users. Eleos is also able to generate progress notes for bullet points entered in 100 other languages.

Eleos Multi-language support FAQs

Can Eleos analyze sessions in "Spanglish" or a session help partly in English and an other language?
Yes, we developed this feature specifically for therapists in the US, knowing. Eleos will be able to analyze your therapy sessions, which are wholly or partly conducted in one of the languages listed above.

​Is there anything I have to do to start conducting therapy sessions in an other language?
No, once your account is enabled, you will not need to adjust your workflow. You can start conducting sessions in the language of your choice, following your regular workflows.

​Can Eleos support an interpreter?

No, currently it is only possible to analyze 1:1 therapy sessions with two total participants, you and your client.

Can I use Eleos to capture group or family sessions in another language?

No, it is only possible to analyze 1:1 therapy sessions with two total participants, you and your client.

Is it possible to generate progress notes in another language?
No, the generated notes and note suggestions are delivered only in English.
