Launch a session through eVisit

Prior to launching your session, be sure to obtain the patient's consent through SharePoint.

1. Log into your eVisit account

2. Toggle your status to 'Available' at the top right

   

3. To launch your session, click the 'ExpressVisit' button

   

4. A pop-up will appear asking if eVisit can use your camera and microphone, select 'Allow'.

   

5. You'll be asked to verify your name, click 'Get Started'.

   

6. A pop-up will appear for you to invite participants. Copy the Share link at the bottom and send it to your patient.

   

7. If you'd like for the Eleos bot to join the session, you can select 'Allow'. If you don't want the Eleos bot to join, you can select 'Deny'.

   

8. When the session is over, click the red phone icon and confirm 'End Visit'.
