Introducing Embedded Audio

💡Please note that Embedded Audio is currently in Beta and not available to all providers using Eleos. If you are interested in testing this new feature, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Embedded Audio is an all-in-one session management and documentation tool integrated directly into your EHR. It leverages cutting-edge audio technology and a robust backend infrastructure to ensure your sessions are always captured, managed, and analyzed with ease.
With this feature, you can:

• Manage audio recordings effortlessly.

• Utilize intuitive dropdown menus to configure your session specifics.

• Enjoy seamless workflows that integrate directly with all your existing tools.

Please note that once Embedded Audio is enabled for your account, you will no longer be able to use your Sensi device or the Eleos Note-Taker for your telehealth sessions.

How to use Embedded Audio

Before your first Session

Before you utilize Embedded Audio for the first time, you will need to enable microphone access. To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Eleos sidebar button

2. Select Allow in the pop-up on the top left of your browser

Starting your Session

Once you have the microphone permissions enabled, you are ready to start your session.

Use the customizable dropdown options to configure your session details like:

• Session Type

• Setting

• Note Type

• Audio input

• Client

During your Session

With Embedded Audio you have access to real time information, while capturing your session:

• Real-Time Session Management: View clients names, session start times, and session durations at a glance.

• Active Session Timer: Monitor how long your session has been active.

• Session Continuity: Sessions persist through browser refreshes, ensuring your work isn't lost.

• Smart Notifications: For short sessions under 5 minutes, you'll receive a prompt to confirm ending the session.

Ending your Session

To end the session, please click on the End Session button. Closing the browser tab with the Eleos sidebar will not end the session correctly.
Upon ending the session, you'll see a confirmation screen indicating that your session is being analyzed. This usually takes 2-3 minutes.

Sessions automatically end after 90 minutes if left idle.
