Not seeing the Eleos Overlay populate on your note? Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Check if you are logged into the Eleos extension by clicking on the puzzle piece icon or the Eleos logo in the upper right-hand corner of your browser.
2. Once you have confirmed that you are logged in and the Eleos overlay is still not loading, let's try the following troubleshooting step:

3. If clearing the cache did not resolve the issue, please reach out to the Eleos Technical support team at support@eleos.health with the following information:
Is this only happening for a specific client or are all of your clients affected?
Can you please confirm the service, activity, or note type this is happening with?
