Inviting the Eleos Note Taker to your MS Teams session
To invite the Eleos note taker to your MS Teams session, please complete the steps below:
Log into your EHR and open the Eleos sidebar by clicking the dark blue “Eleos” button on the right
Copy your Teams meeting link from the meeting invite, Teams app, or Outlook calendar.
In the “Add Notetaker for Teams” section, paste your Teams meeting link into the text field.
Start your MS Teams session within one minute of inviting the Eleos Note Taker via the sidebar.

There are a few things to keep in mind, when inviting the Eleos Note Taker to your MS Teams session:
Make sure you correctly copy the Teams link and that it is an HTTPS link.
Confirm that the meeting is on your calendar and that the current time is within one hour before/after the start time.
If you notice that the Eleos Note Taker doesn't join your session, it may have been longer than one minute from inviting the Note Taker and starting your Teams meeting. In this scenario, please invite the Eleos Note Taker through the sidebar in your EHR again.
Please note that the following workflows are currently not supported and will not add the Eleos note-taker to your meeting:
Updating an existing meeting to manually add a Teams link
Using Meet Now functionality to start a meeting
If you are scheduling a new meeting ad-hoc, please wait a few minutes before starting your session.
Admitting the Eleos Note Taker into your MS Teams meeting
Once you have invited the Eleos Note Taker to your MS Teams meeting, you will notice it join the waiting room within Teams. Please admit the Eleos Note Taker into the meeting by clicking the green check mark or "Admit all"
Ending your in-person session with MS Teams
To end your session, please make sure you click the Leave button in the upper right-hand corner and select End meeting for all to initiate an immediate analysis of your session.
Once you have ended your MS Teams meeting, you will be able to access your Eleos session suggestions in the overlay in your EHR within 3 to 5 minutes.
Using MS Teams for in-person sessions
While the general workflow for an in-person session matches the steps outlined above, there are few things to keep in mind, when hosting an in-person session with MS Teams:
There is no need for your client to join the Teams meeting. Your in-person session will be successfully analyzed, even if it is just you and the Eleos note-taker in the meeting.
To correctly analyze your session, you must be unmuted during the session.
Please place your laptop near yourself and your client to capture the session's audio.

FAQs
How long does it take for the Note Taker to join after I invited it?
The Eleos Note Taker should join your meeting within a minute or so. Please make sure to admit it into the meeting.
Can I use the Eleos Note Taker with Teams on my phone?
Yes, you can use the Eleos Note Taker for sessions hosted from the MS Teams app on your phone, however you will need to have access to your EHR in order to invite the Eleos Note Taker to your session.
Help, I am getting an error message when I am inviting the Eleos Note Taker to my Teams session?
While you should be able to invite the Eleos Note Taker to any of your Teams sessions, there are a few requirements:
Make sure you correctly copy the Teams link and that it is an HTTPS link.
Confirm that the meeting is on your calendar and that the current time is within one hour before/after the start time.
