The Eleos Quick Note Feature allows you to jot down bullet points from your session and generate a note. This can especially be in the following cases and more:
when you are doing a concurrent session
when a session audio was not captured
client does not want to use Eleos notetaker bot or speaker device in their session
You will see the Generate Quick Note bar on the side of your progress note. There is a toggle in the right hand corner for you to turn this feature on/off.
Please note: this feature is available in use for Scribe Lite.
Enter at least 6 bullet points of thoughts and points from the session. This will then turn the quick note bar GREEN, allowing you to click on Generate Note button.
Smart Suggestions allow you to add quick interventions and items to the Mental Status Exam without having to write it out as a bullet point.
Once you click on the blue Generate Note button, Eleos will start to generate your note and populate it into the respective note sections.
Once the note is generated, you will see the respective note fields filled out based on the bullet points you wrote. Now you are able to review the note in entirety, make edits, complete and sign!
