๐ก This article outlines some best practices to avoid issues with note content not being transferred from the Eleos overlay to the note in Credible.
Best practices for completing notes in Credible
When completing notes in Credible, we recommend the following steps to ensure Eleos can work correctly for both notes with audio sessions or notes generated with the help of the bullet points:
Having only one tab of Credible open in your browser
Eleos cannot support multiple browse tabs with Credible open, which may cause discrepancies and issues when Eleos attempts to read the page. These may include discrepancies with the client's name and pronouns, the note type loaded in the overlay, or the overlay's inability to load. We understand it is sometimes necessary to review past notes in order to complete documentation for a client. In this scenario, we recommend opening the past notes in Credible on a different browser.
Completing your note in one go
Navigating away from a note and returning later to complete it in Credible can cause issues with the content not being transcribed as expected.
Clicking into one of the textboxes before completing the note
To avoid any issues with content not being transferred correctly from the Eleos overlay to Credible, we also recommend clicking into at least one of the text boxes on the left after you generate your note with the help of the bullet points
Checking if the note content has transferred to Credible successfully
You can also check if your note content is transferred correctly as follows:
Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner
Select Close Eleos note.
Review if the note content has been transferred to the textboxes in Credible.
Complete the note by clicking Complete or continue modifying the note by selecting Reopen the note with Eleos
Back-to-back notes for the same client
Additionally, we want to flag a scenario currently not supported by Eleos that can also cause problems with transferring note content.
When creating multiple notes or services for the same client, by the same provider, on the same day within:
30 minutes for non-audio notes created with the bullet point feature
3 hours for audio notes created with Sensi or MS Teams
Eleos can only be used for the first note created in such a scenario and won't be able to generate two separate notes with different note types. You may also notice that the Eleos overlay will load with incorrect formatting and will not match the note type selected in Credible. In this case, the overlay won't be able to transfer content from the overlay to Credible.
Workaround:
The Eleos overlay is built into F2F, Phone with Client and Collateral notes. If you complete a โnon-Eleosโ service for the same person within the time frames listed above, your note should not be impacted. If you need to complete more than one Eleos overlay service for the same person within these time frames, we recommend closing the Eleos overlay on the 2nd note and documenting directly into the Credible service. For example, if you have completed a F2F note for Client A using Eleos and also need to complete a collateral note:
Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.
Select Close Eleos note.
Complete the note in Credible and then complete and sign and submit the note.
