In this RCT, we joined forces with The Ozark Center, a community-based clinic in Missouri. The study randomized adults struggling with depression or anxiety to receive therapy from either a therapist who provided therapy with the support of the Eleos platform or a therapist providing routine therapy delivered at the clinic.
The results of our study are truly remarkable. Our platform proved more engaging than treatment, as usual, with clients treated through our platform attending 67% more therapy sessions. Additionally, using our platform led to better outcomes for depression and anxiety in clients whose therapists used Eleos.
Moreover, the feedback from therapists who used our platform was overwhelmingly positive. Some of their comments included the following:
"It is very interesting to see the breakdown of CBT skills and who spoke more, etc. All the data that the program collects is fascinating."
“I believe it made me more aware of my use of CBT."
“I had some success with my documentation being more efficient."
“It allowed more time to engage with the client rather than being on the computer working on documentation.”
